We believe in ensuring that your project is a great success by keeping it simple and straightforward using our proven methodology for producing great results. Our methodology involves the following four phases:

1. Conception

• We meet with you in person or on a conference call if you are out of the area, and analyze your current marketing strategies and marketing collateral. We then conduct a thorough audit of your existing website. We review your current marketing results and establish new goals and objectives. (If we are designing a new website for you, we determine your views of your website objective.)


• We propose our recommendations and solutions to meet your desired goals and objectives.


• To contract with us for the project, all you have to do is: select the solutions that will work best for you; understand the scope of the project; the timeline is then established; sign the proposal; and establish your account and mail or fax it to us. The options for payment include credit cards.


• We do a competitive analysis of your competitor's sites and examination of their successes and shortcomings.


• You provide us with the content source document including all the content and graphics so we can use it most effectively.


• We have a design meeting and discuss the image you have of your company and how to present this image online.


• With our information architecture we lay the groundwork for the project to ensure the final result meets all of your goals.

2. Creation

• You see the initial visual design comps for you to change, modify and approve.
• Based on your feedback from the initial comps, we show you what your site will look like with the final visual design comp.
• We present the prototype and your site comes to life as you get to click through it as it progresses and you experience the look and feel.

3. Construction

• Your whole site is built out and made including all functionality, graphics and design elements.
• Search engine optimization is completed to make you easy to find by all the major search engines and this increases your number of visitors.
• Test and quality control makes certain that everything makes sense, looks good, and works as expected.
• Your site is launched for everyone to find and see.

4. Continuation

• We follow-up to make certain that you are thrilled with your site and see if you have received any feedback.
• Ongoing management as we host your site and provide you with ongoing search engine submission and results management.
